Here is an interesting helper for artists who work with large lightweight to heavyweight paper or unstretched canvas. The Roll Up puts a guard between you and your artwork, to keep it from getting smudged or damaged, due to rubbing against or being pressed and creased by you.
You simply slide your work between your table and the Roll Up, it will not smudge or mark if kept clean. I've used mine for years with very good results.
If you use pencils, charcoal, chalks (& pastels), pen and ink, watercolor, egg tempra (thin), acrylic, they all work as long as the paints are not tacky or runny at time of sliding thru.

First way is the complete unit ready to be assembled and attached to your table. It is sanded and painted either white or black on the sides and bottom panels, (Note; the Roll Up itself only comes white). All screw holes are pre-drilled and screws provided.
Second way is cut out but not sanded or painted. It is pre-drilled and screws are provided. All you need to do is sand, paint if you want, and assemble.
Third way is just the Roll Up section itself is cut to the width and length, you do the rest, cut out sides, bottom, drill and assemble. Paint if desired. |

The dimensions that are needed are "A" which is the width of your table from side to side, as accuately as possible. And second is the thickness of the table top, this is very important, this so the Roll Up will have just the right distance to let your paper or canvas slide thru with no damage to the surface.
